AGREEMENT By shopping at www.scala.is you agree to the terms set out here. Prices, images and product descriptions online and in catalogues are published subject to errors.

PRIVACY POLICY & SECURITY All personal information is confidential and only used in accordance with Iceland's privacy and data protection regulations. When paying by card, the payment is processed through Rapyd's secure payment gateway in Iceland. Cardholder information is not shared with third parties. We take online security very seriously and all breaches are reported to the police.

ORDERS If an item is out of stock and unavailable from the wholesaler, the customer will be notified by email and offered a refund or the option to wait until the item becomes available. There is a 14-day return period from delivery on all items except sale items. To exercise this right, the customer sends an email or notifies of the return by phone. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. The order will be refunded in the same manner as it was paid. Only one discount code may be used per order.

GIFT CARDS Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue to the customer. Gift cards purchased at www.scala.is can only be used on the company's website, unless otherwise stated. To redeem the gift card, follow the instructions here …. <<gift card information to be added here>>

SHIPPING Pick-up at Scala Hair Salon: Orders are prepared as quickly as possible; the customer will receive an SMS when the order is ready. Home delivery: Home delivery is between 17:00 and 20:00 on all weekdays. Same day if possible, otherwise the next day. Dropp (currently unavailable): Orders are prepared as quickly as possible and delivered to a Dropp location. The customer will receive an SMS when the order is ready. When choosing to use a third-party delivery provider, Scala.is bears no responsibility for delays caused by that provider.

OTHER It is not permitted to copy, modify or distribute content from this site for commercial purposes. The content of the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The terms of the site are governed by the laws of Iceland and all disputes will be determined by an Icelandic court. Jacqueline Scala ehf. is the company behind www.scala.is and operates alongside the hair salon Scala (Skala ehf. 660396 2339), the registration number of Jacqueline Scala ehf. is 441122-1790.
